CombiWave^® provides electrical and mechanical servicing and repairs otothe Merrychef range of high speed ovens / accelerated cooking machines.
Our engineers have undergone official Merrychef technical training  and provide routine maintenance, software updates, fault-finding & repairs.
We also provide a reactive response / breakdown service.

CombiWave^® supports the older and newer versions of Merrychef high speed ovens, including the Merrychef eikon ranges, eikon e1, eikon e2, eikon e3, eikon e4, and the eikon e5.

We also support the new Merrychef conneX 12, and the Merrychef conneX 16.

The Merrychef ovens have a built-in self test function and monitoring circuitry that can notify the user of any operating issues.
These come in the form of an error message, for example; ERROR: E101 [E102] (Magnetron Failed).

Some errors, for example, E88 - Supply Voltage (V) Out of Range, can be temporarily resolved by turning the oven off, and back on again at the wall socket / switch.
